- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M00681-13-T-0074 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66(2/28/13) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DPN 2013-07106 (3/28/13). The North American Classification System Code is 336112 and small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a notice that this order is a total set aside for small business concerns. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. Requirement: RCOMCIWEST, on behalf of Facilities Maintenance Department, Camp Pendleton, has a requirement for Utility Vehicles. Evaluation: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible business whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government. Only open market pricing will be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to make award solely on initial quotes received. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: 1. Price 2. Delivery 3. Adherence to the solicitation 4. Warranty. This RFQ is for Brand Name OR equal products.
