- NSN: 2510-20-003-7459 - Strut Assembly, being bought in accordance with P/N: 10665665-011PG. Based on market research this item is not commercial item and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. The required quantity is 78 each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA 31704. FOB destination and inspection acceptance at origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 05/01/2013. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery; per provisions (52.215-9C09, 52.211-9051, and 52.215-9022). The required delivery is 330 days. Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. See Notes: (X) The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 05/01/2013. (X) This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C/ 2304 (c) (1). Approved source is: General Dynamics Land System Canada (56161). (X)While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
