- Approval of Single Source Documentation Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Purchase Order for Siemens On-Site Maintenance for the Tyndall Command Center's HiPath 4000 Advanced Console System. The 325th Contracting Squadron hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Siemens Enterprise Communications, Inc. for the purchase of on-site maintenance on the Tyndall Command Center's HiPath 4000 Advanced Console System. This purchase is done in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Market research indicates Siemens Enterprise Communications, Inc. is the only company that is authorized to perform on-site maintenance as it is proprietary equipment that they will be working on. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is F4A0003067AQ02. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811213. The contractor shall provide the following: On-site maintenance for the Tyndall Command Center's HiPath 4000 Advanced Console System.
