- Project Information: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of construction of two Basic Training Barracks as part of an overall Basic Training complex and incidental related work. The existing work shall be located at Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC. Remove or alter existing work in such a manner as to prevent injury or damage to any portions of the existing work which remain. Repair or replace portions of existing work which have been altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work MAGNITUDE OF WORK: $20,000,000 TO $25,000,000 This acquisition is Unrestricted. The NASIC Code is 236220 with a Size Standard of $33.5M. The Contractor must be register in DOD Central contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of this solicitation. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Bidders must be registered in the CCR and at the Federal Business Opportunity Homepage (www.fbo.gov) in order to view or download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of bidders to monitor the website for notices and amendments. This solicitation will be posted on or about 29 April 2013 with bids due 28 April 2013 at 2:00 pm EST.
