- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issued a draft competitive solicitation, N00024-13-R-5103, for the Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Combat System Engineering Agent (CSEA) in November 2012 for Industry review and comment with a final solicitation anticipated to be provided in March 2013. The purpose of this notice is to provide notification that the final competitive solicitation, N00024-13-R-5103, for the SSDS CSEA is being delayed until Fiscal Year (FY) 2015. Prior to release of the solicitation in FY 2015, the requirements for any Advanced Capability Build (ACB), to be used as a completion task or as evaluation criteria in the competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), will be revalidated and approved by the Surface Warfare Tactical Requirements Group.
