- Single award contract for the period Date of Award to April 30, 2014, for the Department of Education. Production area assumed 60-mile radius Washington, DC. Anticipate approximately 35 to 40 orders per year, with two categories (Category 1: 100 up to and including 9,999 copies per envelope per order and Category 2: 10,000 up to and including 300,000 copies per envelope per order. Majority of all orders placed will be for Category 1. Trim size No. 10 envelope 4-18/ x 9-1/2", 9-1/2 x 12", and 9-1/2 x 12-1/2" with and without windows. Envelopes print face only or face and back after construction in one or two ink colors. Majority of orders print face only in black ink only. Operation inlcude composition, electronic prepress, printing, construction, packing, and distribution. Quality level III. Bid opening April 30, 2013.
