- Amendment 1: A Revised Scope of Work is now included to clarify specifications. New supporting documents include a Panel Schedule and Process Flow Diagram for the following announcement(See SF-30 Amendment 1 form for changes). The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the purpose of replacing the well pump and motor, as well as riser pipe and electrical cable, at the FAA ™s King Salmon Housing Facility. See Statement of Work (SOW) for details. Also attached are the contract terms and conditions, the Service Contract Act wage determination that will apply, as well as a Business Declaration form. Return offer on signed form SF-18 Request for Quotation and include completed Business Declaration. Any exceptions to the SOW should be submitted on a separate document. Offers are due COB April 26, 2013. Offers may be submitted electronically via email. Contact Mike Austin at 425-227-1282, or by email to mike.austin@faa.gov with questions up until April 23. This solicitation is not restricted to any size or class of business. The FAA expects to make a firm-fixed price award based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
