PRE - SOLICITATION FOR HVAC DEFICIENCIES IN 5B100 AND BREEZEWAYS The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK has a requirement for Correct HVAC Deficiencies in 5B100 and Breezeways. 1.Contractor shall provide all labor, Manpower, Supervision and Materials to remove existing fan coil units in 5B100 and install new fan coil units as required by drawings and specifications at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. NAICS code is 238220 is applicable to this solicitation. 2.The small business size standard is $14.0M. The Construction cost range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.This procurement action is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127 (d). The solicitation will be out around 05/01/2013.
