Line Item 0001: 5000 Gallon Liquid Argon 99.99% Pure With Certificate of Analysis Line Item 0002: 1500 Gallon Storage Tank Rental 12 Months (Quote One Month Must= 30 Days) The contractor shall provide rental of one (01) 1500 gallon liquid argon storage tank. The rental period shall be from 10 July 2013 through 09 July 2014 with a two additional year option. The contractor s price shall include the cost of delivery, set-up and removal the tank after rental period. The Contractor shall have the tank in place on 10 July 2013 with no interruption to the Laboratory. If tank is not in place by 10 July 2013, contractor will provide Refrigerated Liquid Argon (99.99% Pure) to the connected to the shut off valve outside of building 184 until the tank is operational. Contractor will provide 316 Stainless Steel piping from the install tank to the shut off valve. Contract requirement is for deliveries of Liquid Argon (99.99% Pure) with a certificate of analysis on a need to refill basis, unless otherwise requested by the Government (Code 130S), to Building 184, located at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. The terms of this contract requirement shall be from 10 July 2013 through 09 July 2014 with a two additional year options. The Government agrees to give the contractor 24 hours notice when requesting emergency delivery. The contract requirement is not to exceed a total of 5,000 gallons. The contractor shall make deliveries as requested by the Government Point of Contact. The deliveries may be up to, but will not exceed 5,000 gallons per year. Prior to payment invoices will be certified/verified. The Norfolk Naval Shipyard shall only be charged and billed for the amount of Liquid Argon actually delivered. The contractor shall not exceed the quantity and/or dollar amount of this contract without prior approval of the contracting officer.
