Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 23 Contracting Office, Saint Cloud, MN on behalf of the Saint Cloud VA Health Care System, 4801 Veterans Drive, Saint Cloud, MN 56303 seeks responses from qualified small business contractors. Qualified small business contractors are those contractors that are specifically authorized, certified and/or approved to perform equipment maintenance, repair, inspection and annual certification on STERRAD NX STERILIZATION SYSTEM, SERIAL #0033101649. The successful bidder is to provide Full Service planned and corrective maintenance. PMs are to be completed 2 times per year. Corrective maintenance is to include next available opening for service and support Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CST with unlimited user error. All of the services must include parts, labor, and travel time. Unlimited technical support including system diagnostics, telephone troubleshooting assistance, and scheduling/dispatch of on-site support located at the St Cloud VA Healthcare System, 4801 Veterans Drive, St Cloud MN as needed. Period of performance is for one year covering Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This Sources Sought Notice is issued in order to ascertain whether there are any qualified small business contractors in the commercial marketplace, that is, any contractors who are specifically authorized, certified and/or approved BY THE MANUFACTURERS of the brand name systems noted above, to perform the services noted above. Responses are due by 3:00 p.m. Central Time, Friday, April 19, 2013. Responses should include a copy of each manufacturer's written authorization, certification and/or approval of the contractor to perform the noted services. Additional information that must be submitted: DUNS number, contractor's participation in any recognized socio-economic program(s), e.g. Veteran-Owned, Women Owned, HubZone, 8(a) or other programs recognized by the United States Small Business Administration. Additional information may be submitted at the contractor's discretion but is not specifically sought at this time. This Sources Sought Notice is NOT a solicitation and does NOT bind the Government to issue any subsequent solicitation.
