- Government Response to Questions Received as of April 15, 2013. 1) Are there environmental requirements (temperature range, shock, vibration, altitude)? No. The lenses must comply with the provided specifications in the Statement of Requirements. 2) Are there requirements on size and weight? No. 3) Do you require the ability to change the filters manually without opening the housing? The specific location of user filters is at the discretion of the optical designer, provided that the user has the ability to filter energy at the ray bundle. Statement of Requirements, paragraph 2.1.5. Government Clarification of Camera Model - April 14, 2013. The camera model is corrected to the FLIR SC8202. Please consider all mentions of the SC8203, changed to the SC8202 for this solicitation.
