Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to solicit vendors to provide all personnel, equipment and transportation required to provide linen rental and laundry services of Contractor-Furnished Property (CFP) and laundry services for Government-Owned Property at the Naval Health Clinic Charleston and Naval Health Clinic Charleston Dental Clinic. The Contractor shall pick-up, account for and deliver such linen to the facilities identified below, according to the specifications required. Naval Health Clinic Charleston, 110 NNPTC CIRCLE, Bldg 2418, Goose Creek, SC 29445 Naval Health Clinic Charleston Dental Clinic, 110 NNPTC CIRCLE, Bldg 2417, Goose Creek, SC 29445 THIS IS A PRE-SOLICIATION NOTICE ONLY: This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). The complete performance work statement and technical specifications will be provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about 01 May 2013 and will close 21 days thereafter. No solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will solicit this requirement as a small business set-aside, using acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Part 12. INTERESTED OFFERORS MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed procurement will be a requirements type contract and is for a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods. FOB Destination. This requirement will be a small business set-aside and is identified under NAICS Code 812331 with the small business size standard being $30.0 million.
