This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 04/23/2013; however, ** DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation. ** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Josue Sierra at 614-693-1558, or scanned and emailed to josue.sierra@dla.mil.
