Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ)for rental of a Gulfstream G-VI G650 Simulator Level D. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the RFQ. Therefore any cost associated with the offer/proposal submission is solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. The purpose of this Request for Quote is to solicit an offer/proposal from all business sources, capable of providing the Gulfstream G-VI G650 Simulator Level D for a total of Four (4) Hours: The NAICS Code for this requirement is 532411, for Four Hours of Gulfstream G-VI G650 Simulator Level D. Rental. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and Offer/Quote by completing the Request for Quote (RFQ). Attached are the Business Declaration Form and Request for Quote. Please respond by reviewing the RFQ, and submitting a quote and signed copy of the Declaration form. (Please submit electronically, email to address below). All responses to this market survey must be received by Friday, April 26, 2013, 3:00 CST.
