- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. MONTANT NATIONAL GUARD W9124V-13-T-0015 REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR LODGING 14 - 28 June 2013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 721110 the size standard is less than $7.0 million. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, effective 1 June 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-00001. The lodging shall be from the 14 - 28 June 2013 for fifteen nights. On each night the lodging shall include 24 lodging rooms per night in the Butte area for a total of 360 lodging rooms (15 nights x 24 rooms = 360 rooms). Vendor shall propose a firm fixed price PER LODGING ROOM PER NIGHT. Questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Dan Blaine at 406-324-3406. Synopsis: 1. The Montana National Guard anticipates purchasing from a single vendor 24 lodging rooms per night. 2.Room rental for 24 hotel rooms per night on the nights of the 14-28 June 2013, for a total of 2360 rooms. 3.Gratuity is prohibited. 4.Vendor will invoice lodging by date and type through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). 5.Point of Contact (POC) will provide vendor with head count personnel and sign-in sheets for lodging. POC will coordinate with vendor to adjust number of rooms as necessary. 6.The anticipated award may consist of multiple contracts. The provision of 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (April 2002) applies to this RFQ. 52.212-3 Alt I clause needs to be completed and a signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any offer. 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Janaury 1999). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors are considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Capability. If products from offerors are found to be technically equivalent, price will be the determining factor.
