REPAIRS TO THE IRRIGATION POND AT FLORIDA NATIONAL CEMETERY LOCATED IN BUSHNELL, FLORIDA The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) numbered VA786A-13-Q-0050 for project #911CM3023 entitled "Irrigation Pond Repairs at Florida National Cemetery, located at 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513 Unless additional notice is given or this notice is modified or cancelled, the full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on FedBizOPPS (www.fbo.gov). This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR); In accordance with VAAR 852.219-10 VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside and VAAR 819-7005; Offeror submitting a quote must be Center for Veterans Enterprise verified and visible in the VIP database at time of quote due date and award. There will be a pre-bid site investigation; all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid site investigation will be included in the solicitation package. Performance period is 60 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. NAICS CODE: 237990SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming RFQ solicitation to satisfy the requirement of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. This Contract Specialist will not be able to answer any questions to this notice until an RFQ is issued. Once the RFQ is issued, interested parties must submit questions via email to the Contract Specialist. Questions will be answered through an amendment of the solicitation. All interested parties should register via FedBizOpps interested vendors list. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor and download amendments from FedBizOpps which may be issued to this solicitation. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to the installation of a new irrigation pond liner and new aeration system to include all electrical and plumbing service. Contractor shall be required to fill any voids found under existing liner and to stabilize the slope. New pond liner shall have to be installed around any existing inlets/outlets and standpipes. There is an irrigation line with multiple heads around the top of the pond that will need to be removed and reinstalled. Contractor shall obtain any required permits.
