Description

Statement of Work Patient Ceiling Lift System Contract Patient System at the VA Medical Center - Lexington, Kentucky Ceiling lift: One (1) - ARJO Patient Ceiling Lift QC-1126125MS Scope: Services to be provided: EQUIPMENT: Equipment to be installed includes: (1) ARJO Maxi Sky II 600 patient lift motor plus "H" design tracking system, patient lift motor weight capacity 600 lbs. Area of installation, Clinical Simulation Lab. (1) ARJO monorail tracking system only, 1000 lbs weight capacity, Bio-Medical Shop. CONFORMATION STANDARDS: Contract service shall ensure that the equipment functions in conformance with manufacturer specifications and the latest published editions. Contract ensures weight testing of tracking system to be 600 lbs plus 25% (750lbs) for the Clinical Simulation Lab and 1000 lbs plus 25% (1250 lbs) for the Bio-Med shop. Ceiling track weight testing documentation to be provided by ARJO contracted installers HOURS OF COVERAGE: A. Normal hours of coverage 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
