INTERCLUDE AORTIC BALLON, QTY 3 This procurement is a sole source award pursuant to authority of sections 502 and 503 of Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006 (38 U.S.C. Ă‚ §8127 (b). This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
