- USAID RFI-486-13-00003 Monitoring and Evaluation for Asia The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information from qualified local and regional organizations which can show a demonstrated capacity to provide monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and other international development services, including - but not limited to - impact and performance evaluations, qualitative research, surveys and data collection, cost analysis and effectiveness, feasibility studies, assistance with monitoring plans and indicators, technical trainings, knowledge dissemination, other non-evaluative services, etc. This RFI will inform the design of a potential mechanism to provide M&E services to USAID.
