GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: UT City: West Valley City Delineated Area: North: North Temple West: 4000 West South: 4500 South East: 300 West TOTAL :Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 27,960 (includes 4,675 warehouse & 1,175 lab) TOTAL :Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 29,960 (includes 4,675 warehouse & 1,175 lab) Component Suites of TOTAL: SUITE 1:Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,160 (includes 675 warehouse & 425 lab SUITE 1:Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,560 (includes 675 warehouse & 425 lab SUITE 2:Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,800 (includes 4,000 warehouse & 750 lab) SUITE 2:Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,400 (includes 4,000 warehouse & 750 lab) Space Type(s): Office, Warehouse, and Laboratory (ware yard see below ) Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: Note: This combined requirement is to satisfy the needs of two separate agencies which require separate suites. These agencies are currently collocated under a single lease and this procurement is seeking a similar collocation. In addition to the space noted above, there is a requirement for 10,000 square feet of Fenced Wareyard/Secured Parking. This can be contiguous or in two separate yards with a minimum of 5,000 square feet each. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. NOTE: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in West Valley City, Utah that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above address by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 25, 2013, and must include the following information: - Building name and address and location of the available space within the building - Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced - ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any - Date of space availability - Building ownership information - Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking - Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building - List of building services provided The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
