- U.S. GOVERNMENT Project No: 2NJ0173 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Newark Delineated Area: North: County Road 510 S. Orange Ave South: Springfield Ave. East: Jones Street West: S. 11th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,053 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,506 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • The leased space must be contiguous. • 1st floor space is preferred, below grade space is unacceptable. • Two elevators required if space is above ground level. One elevator can be a freight elevator. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Authorized Contacts: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction.
