- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO ONLY THE CONTRACTOR UNDER N00164-11-G-GM23-0003. The Navy has a procurement requirement for Time Based Lease Agreements for various products. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane intends to award Job Order 0003 on the existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-11-G-GM23 with Cadence Design Systems, 2655 Seely Avenue, San Jose, CA 95134-1931. This JO will cover a period of performance of one year. The BOA covers a five year period to procure software tool licenses and maintenance agreements. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. This Job Order will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Job Order 0003 will be awarded on or about 26 September 2013.
