- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Statement of Objectives is attached. All questions should be emailed to MAJ John Maher, jay.maher@us.army.mil. Questions will be closed on 29 April 2013 at 9:00AM CST. No phone calls accepted. The combined synopsis/solicitation will close on 2 May 2013.
