- J&A and Ammendment 1 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0011 to Micro Systems, Inc. Fort Walton Beach, FL for services and repair support to ensure that hardware will be available to support the System for Naval Target Control (SNTC). This acquisition was persued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
