- Data Transfer Unit Integration Synopsis The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-11-G-0001 with the Boeing Company of St. Louis, MO, 63166, for tasks required to integrate and test an updated data transfer unit. The current digital memory device will not be able to support Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) data storage requirements or data transfer rate requirements. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirements. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the F/A-18 units and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required response time.
