- Solicitation number, SPE4A6-13-R-0953, SC1000009814, NSN 5365-00-696-3054, Spacer, Axle Landing Gear. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is a 100% small business set aside (SBSA) procurement using the procedures of Full and Open Competition after exclusion of a source. Only offers from small business manufacturers or small business dealers offering the product of a small business manufacturer will be considered for award. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. Configuration control applies. Government first article test (FAT) applies. Critical application applies. The highest priority weapon system code is 04F and the end item is Aircraft Stratofortress, B52. Export control applies. In accordance with basic drawing NR 81205-71612 dated 12/07/07. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. The requested delivery is 195 days ARO if FAT is waived or 345 days if FAT is required. Surge does not apply. Shipment will be to any DLA stock location in the continental United States. Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) applies. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 62 each and is applicable to the base year only. The estimated annual quantity is 182 each. The maximum quantity for all 5 years is 1,510 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin/origin. Solicitation will issue on May 6, 2013 with a closing date of June 6, 2013. Reverse auction clause 52.215-9023 applies.
