Description

PURPOSE: The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region has a requirement for the rebuild of four (4) hydroelectric generators at Glen Canyon Dam Powerplant, specifically units G1, G3, G5, and G6. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations as a full-and-open competition. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. The purpose of this amendment to this announcement is to update the solicitation release date. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the final solicitation No. R13PS40010 is anticipated between April and May 2013. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor this announcement for updates and the release of the solicitation documents. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be accessible from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov. It is, and will continue to be, all potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers, etc. as the Government will not be providing any other methods of information dissemination.
