Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, NAICS 813110 applies. The Contractor shall function as a Catholic Priest and provide services to meet and fulfill veteran needs at the VA Medical Center, 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104 for the period from date of award through September 30, 2013 with four (4) additional one (1) year option periods. Performance shall be in accordance with VHA 1111.2 procedures and meet training requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 10:00 am CST on April 24, 2013. No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be mailed to the Oklahoma City, VAMC, Attn; Leigh Ann Nunn (90C), 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.
