Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) FDA1112810 as a supplier for one year of compressed gases. The solicitation clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-65 January 29th 2013. The Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325120.
