- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price Purchase Order to provide the Maintenance, Testing, and Calibration of the following equipment: 1) Protective Relays, 2) Instrument Transformers, 3) Non-disconnect Interrupter, 4) Hydroelectric Generators, 5) Power Transformer KY1A, 6) Switchgear UCA (Unit circuit breakers), 7) Station Service Switchgear DCA (transformer and circuit breakers), and 8) Panel Meters. The Contractor shall also provide copies of the required test reports to the Government. The period of performance shall be approximately 90 days after date of award. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811219. This small business size standard is $19,000,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted. Solicitation R13PS20079 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about April 19, 2013. The date for receipt of quotations will be May 03, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. p.s.t. Solicitations submitted through IDEASEC web site will not be accepted. The solicitations must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
