- Wage Determination Inspection Report Signature Requirements SWPPP SWPPP General Permit Solicitation terms and conditions Solicitation AG-7442-S-13-0027 Cover USDA/NRCS requires a contractor to cut and mulch ash juniper and selected dead trees from selected parts of Training Areas 64, 65 and 66 on Fort Hood, TX. This process shall be done with as little ground disturbance as possible. There will be a site visit 0900 to 1200, 09 May 2013 to discuss the technical requirements prior to the date for receipt of proposals. This site visit is highly recommended, but is not required. The Statement of Work, Solicitation, Terms and Conditions, and Wage Determination have been posted to this site, and are attached.
