Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 intends to procure commercial items services under FAR Part 12 for police psychological testing for the Grand Junction VA Medical Center, 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501-6428. The NAICS code is 62112. This solicitation will be set aside for small businesses; the vendor must be licensed within the State of Colorado, and have a license to practice psychology in the state of Colorado. The procurement type shall be fixed-price with one base and four option periods. Each period consists of twelve (12) consecutive months. The procurement instrument shall be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA); BPA Call Orders shall be made against the BPA Setup for periodic Police Psychological Assessment (s), usually performed every January and July of every year. Possibly, there may be a requirement for an assessment that may not align with the usual months of performance. The solicitation will be available on/or about April 22, 2013.
