- The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations, Federal Protective Service Acquisition Division, East Consolidated Contracting Group has a requirement to upgrade the existing video surveillance system (CCTV) at the O'Neill Federal Building in Boston, MA. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. It is anticipated that a single award, firm fixed-priced purchase order will be established as a result of the solicitation. Delivery is to be completed within 90 days of award. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The size standard is $19 Million. It is anticipated that this procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register CCR (http://www.sam.gov). Further, offerors are required to complete their Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Due to the sensitive nature of this requirement, vendors are instructed to complete the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (Form 11000-6) and return to Ashley.Gerigitan@hq.dhs.gov. After sending this form, vendors are instructed to request explicit access to the solicitation documents through the FBO website. Please refer questions in regards to requesting explicit access to the Federal Service Desk at www.fsd.gov. **UPDATE** The site walkthrough will be conducted as scheduled on Monday, April 22, 2013 at the O'Neill Federal Building, 10 Causeway St., Boston, MA however, the time has been changed to 11:00AM ET. Attendees are instructed to enter through the LOADING DOCK AREA. Vendors must display a valid ID and company business card in order to gain access.
