Description: 100% Small Business Set-Aside The T-53 Second Stage Gas Producer Turbine Rotor Sealing Disk is approximately 10"Lx10"wx2"h 3.5lbs and is made of PM Astrolloy Steel and allows greater air flow to the 1st stage rotor. All offerors must be certified by Honeywell as an authorized component repair facility or engine service center for the T53-L-703 engine. Service Contract Act applies. A Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract is contemplated and will be solicited as one basic year and four one year option periods. The Government shall send the contract a part for repair, and the contractor shall inspect the part to determine which level of repair is required (1. Repair Spacer Replacement, 2. Repair Disk and Spacer Replacement, 3. Overhaul) in order to return the part to a serviceable condition.
