- NSN 6150-01-303-9962; PR #0047848495; Solicitation #SPE4A6-13-R-0538; WIRING HARNESS, BRAN; in accordance with Drawing No. 81205 458-58422-595. This solicitation will be issued as a firm fixed price type contract for a quantity of 142; DLA Aviation currently has an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. This solicitation is a total small business set aside with full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Item is DLA Direct (stock). FOB: Destination; Inspection/ Acceptance: Destination. Delivery: 282 days ARO. This item has technical data which some or all of which is subject to Export Control regulations. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) quotations are not acceptable for this requirement. You must complete and return the entire solicitation package in order to be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DIBBS system on or about the issue date of May 6, 2013 and close on or about the date of June 6, 2013 via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP.
