Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the Syracuse VA Medical Center (hereafter "The VA" or "VA"), located at 800 Irving Ave Syracuse, NY 13210, intends to release a solicitation for a project entitled "ROME EXTERIOR LIGHTING" This work is to be completed at our Rome CBOC site, located at 125 Brookley Road, Rome, N.Y., 13441. This project is to replace exterior light poles, bases, and all associated branch wiring as outlined in the plans and specifications. The contractor shall possess qualifications to do the following types of work: road, site, earth work, carpentry, concrete, and electrical work. The applicable NAICS code will be 238210 "Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors" with an applicable small business size standard of $14 Million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The estimated construction value of this project falls within the range of $100,000 and $250,000. Unless additional notice is given or this notice is modified, the full solicitation will be posted to the Government-wide Point of Entry (www.fbo.gov). This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203
