Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about May 7, 2013 to renovate the auditorium, building 92, Project No. 528A6-12-606. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Project No. 528A6-12-606, FCA Upgrade Auditorium, B92 as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, and electrical work, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses'. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $33.5 M. The cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
