- Amendment 0006 to the ACES Support Services solicitation is now posted. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command is not taking any further questions for this solicitation. The final questions and responses has been posted to include responses to any assumptions. The following documents are available for all to see: Original Solicitation; Amendment 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005; Questions I, II, III and IV; modified Attachments A (Amend 0004), B (Amend 02) and D (imbedded in the solicitation); and, latest Conformed copy of the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged to read all documents that have been posted. The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is requesting proposals for the Army Continuing Education System Support Services solicitation. This requirement calls for a non-personal service contract to provide Education Support Services required by the Army Continuing Education System (ACES) at education offices throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). This requirement is set-aside for small business concerns 100% under the size standards of NAICS Code 611710, Education Support Services. This solicitation is a best value Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Request for Proposals (RFP) subject to FAR Part 15.101-2 procedures. To be considered acceptable, offerors shall specifically address each of the evaluation factors set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a Firm Fix Price Contract to a single Offeror who's proposal is found to be the lowest price and is technically acceptable. The Government intends to award without discussions, therefore, the Offeror's initial proposal shall contain its best terms. Refer to the solicitation for the period of performance dates given are tentative and are subject to change without notice before the solicitation is issued. Proposals are due on 30 April 2013 by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
