- The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAB, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Cloud Cap Technology, Inc for software and licenses under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Anticipated award date is 13 May 2013. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Software. SMA PCC. P/N: 900-01434-00-S (2 Each) CLIN 0002: Software. SMA Viewpoint Pro. P/N: 900-01208-00-S (2 Each) CLIN 0003: Software. SMA Video On Map application. P/N: 900-02412-00-S (2 Each) CLIN 0004: Software. SMA Mosaicing software application. P/N: 900-02412-00-S (2 Each) CLIN 0005: Software license. Piccolo Command Center. P/N: 900-01434-00 (2 Each) CLIN 0006: Software license. Viewpoint Pro. P/N: 900-01208-00 (2 Each) CLIN 0007: Software. Mosaicing software application. P/N 900-02413-00 (2 Each) CLIN 0008: Software license. Video On Map. P/N: 900-02412-00 (2 Each) These items must be delivered to: 96 TW LMCA MHU BLDG 33, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 with a Delivery Date of 30 May 13 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 511210, small business size standard: $35.5 Million. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, however all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received within 10 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
