- DISA/DITCO intends to issue a Sole Source contract to: Integrated Data Services. The solicitation number is HC1028-13-T-079 and is attached to this posting. The NAICS code is 541519. The statutory authority for Sole Source is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Companies that can provide the above listed software product must submit a completed Solicitation not later than 9:00 AM (ET), Wednesday, 24 April 2013 via the following address: adam.m.v. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. Must have proprietary rights for the software. enhaus.civ@mail.mil The nature of this action is to procure 800 additional licenses for the proprietary Web Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (Web CCaRS) software licenses including maintenance/support and renewal of the current licenses from Integrated Data Services (IDS). This procurement is for SAF/AQXI. Additional proprietary software licenses are required to support the increasing numbers of users of this software as users migrate from the legacy CCaRS software to the Web CCaRS software at the Army hosting site, United States Army Project Director (PD), Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PD ALTESS). These additional Web CCaRS software licenses are required to meet Security and Standard Information Structure requirements as well as the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG). The recommendation is to solicit a proposal from IDS, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), a large business, and sole authorized provider of the Web CCaRS software.
