Description
This Notice is for Source Sought only. This is not a request for proposal or invitation for bid. 374 CONS/LGCBB seeks identify qualified local and us firms, which are able and willing to provide Pediatric Physician services for Yokota Hospital, Fussa-shi, Tokyo Japan. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, supervision, management and services to provide Pediatric Physician. The Contractor shall provide pediatric physician services to inpatients in compliance with standards of care, assist with transport of pediatric patients as needed, properly identify accepting physician prior to transport, maintain standard of care during traansport, appropriate check out given to accepting physician. The Contractor shall provide care for well babies per medical treatment facility (MTF) guidelines, appropriately documents patient care. Patient care meets standards of care. The Contractor shall attend high risk deliveries as requested by OB/GYN staff and nursing and maintain 20 minutes response time and meet Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP) standards of care. The Contractor shall provide outpatient pediatric physician services to include outpatient visits, school/daycare paperwork, permanent change of stations forms and telephone consults (T-CONS) with appropriate documentation. The Contractor shall maintain 20 minutes response time from time of call to bedside, return all calls/pages, and respond to consult appropriately and in a timely manner. The pediatric physician shall read, understand, speal, and write English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other health Care Workers (HCW). If not a native speaker, proof of a minimum score or higher of the Test Of English for International Communication (TOEIC) English test or other English test equivalent level as TOEIC score, which are 730 or higher, shall be submitted. SOFA status will be provided under this requirement.
