Description

The Department of Veterans - South Texas Veterans Health Care System, VISN 17, intends to negotiate a sole-source purchase agree with Philips Medical Systems for the acquisition of Geometry Module, Tilt for Allura FD 20. NAICS code: 423450/100 Employee. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) (A) and (B), only one responsible source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no valid responses are received, the South Texas Veterans Health Care System will proceed with the intended sole source contract. Responses must be received no later than 13:00 P.M.
