Construction Services of a qualified, responsible firm having the capability, capacity and expertise to furnish, all labor, supervision, supplies, tools, equipment, materials, quality control and clean-up to "Repair/Replace Sprinkler System" at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1310 24th Avenue, South, Nashville, TN 37201. Work includes general construction, replacement, repair, installation, alterations and necessary removal of existing and certain other items. The Construction cost range estimate for this project is between.$25,000-$100,000.00. This is a 100% Total SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SETASIDE. NAICS is 238220. THIS IS A SEALED BID. Award will be based on price and price related factors. All interested bidders MUST be registered and verified in the SYSTEM AWARD MANAGEMENT website (SAM.gov) and VETBIZ (vetbiz.gov) to be eligible for contract award - NO EXCEPTIONS. Solicitation documents including specifications and drawings will be available for download on/after _________ at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bid due date will be thirty days after solicitation is issued. Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted to this website. In order to receive notification of amendments, bidders must be registered in fedbizopps to "Receive Amendments". All bidders are responsible for downloading and acknowledging ALL AMENDMENTS prior to bid opening. A Pre-Proposal meeting will be scheduled for this project. Date of site visit and pre-proposal meeting will be announced in the solicitation.
