- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Demolish and dispose of in accordance with local ordnance and regulations, all roofing material (note: material may contain asbestos), stucco cementitious (exterior), and gypsum (interior) plaster, and damaged material down to existing steel reinforced concrete frame and brick in filled structure. Area of work is confined to the main school structure and ancillary structure attached. Protect any electrical and plumbing runs embedded within walls to be repaired. Demolish any door opening at walls down to floor foundation to remove old doors and prepare surfaces for installation of new doors. Demolish and dispose of in accordance with local ordnance and regulations, prepare all exterior materials down to solid substructure and prepare surfaces to accept new fa ade. The contractor will affect repair to the steel or wood roof rafter and truss support system where damaged. New purlins to be installed spanning over structural support. Sheets of corrugated or ribbed steel shall be placed overlapping and completely covering the 360 m2 roof slope, overhangs, eaves and gables. Roof sheets shall be fastened down by self-tapping roof screws with rubber gasket seals at the peaks of the ribs. Any roof penetrations shall be properly flashed. Gutters, and downspouts shall be salvaged and reused if possible. The entire facade is to be refurbished by removing the deteriorated sections of the existing fa ade on school facility down to a solid base, then apply a coat of cement mortar, 10 cm thick polystyrene insulation foam board, nylon mesh, and finally apply the finishing layer in acrylic stucco. All performed in the following manner: a.The contractor will provide all necessary scaffolding to accomplish the the requirements of this contract. b.The contractor will remove the existing fa ade mortar. Clean and dispose of in accordance with local ordnance and regulations. c.The contractor will remove the existing reusable down spouts, storing on site and reinstall after facade work is complete approximately 14 down spouts. d.The contractor will repair the exterior fa ade in the places where the plaster is not removed by using: *cement syringe - *rofix 620 final clear colored. Approx 90 square meters. e.The contractor will install 10 cm thick polystyrene insulation foam board - quote mark N4 quote mark, adhesive glue. f.The contractor will apply universal glue (type Baumit or Knauf) with outer surface of nylon mesh. The fa ade must be perfectly plumb. 4000 square meters. g.The contractor will refurbish the 10 existing lightning rods to meet current electrical code. Remove before fa ade work begins and ensure mounting is the same after all work is finished. h.The contractor will apply of exterior acrylic finish d = 1.5mm on the fa ade in color of customers choice. (type JUB, Baumit, Kraft, Relius, or Knauf) approx 4000 square meters. i.The contractor will prime coat the fa ade. Approx 4000 square meters, lower part of the fa ade by the concrete sidewalk will be finished in XPS thermal insulation d = 5 cm, final layer is finished in PUTZ MOSAIC d = 2-3 mm - Approx 220 m2 The contractor will install automatic doors at the passage entrance which are powered by two electro motors, also contractor will install two new aisle walls made from hardware profiles and thermo isolated glass. The contractor will fabricate or purchase and install interior and exterior aluminum and PVC doors and hardware made of five chamber profiles. The window is glazed with thermo isolated glass 4+16+4 mm. Entrance doors 180x240 cm, and interior doors 100x250, 80x250, 70x200, 260x250 cm. 84 doors for the school building, 68 doors for boarding school building. The contractor will fabricate or purchase and install sets of exterior windows, made of five chamber profiles, and new joinery frames. The view window is glazed with thermo isolated glass 4+16+4 mm. Dimensions are as follows 150x70, 70x70, 220x200, 190x190, 580x100, 470x200, 260x50, 220x210 cm. 86 sets for the school building, 59 for the boarding school. The contractor will level, complete final priming, and painting interior and exterior surfaces around mounted door joinery in colors similar to the existing adjacent color. Also the contractor will complete final hygienic coating of all interior surfaces. Points of Contact for any questions are: 1.
