- Revised Delineated Area This solicitation has been revised to reflect increased space requirements, a reduction in the required parking and a change in the delineated area. -- Wanted to Lease by USDA - Approx. 3,300 Rentable Square Feet of Office Space in Gettysburg, South Dakota REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Gettysburg, South Dakota is interested in leasing approximately 3,100 contiguous usable square feet of first class high quality office space together with 22 onsite paved parking spaces. Specific Information Technology requirements apply. State: South Dakota City: Gettysburg Delineated Area: Bounded on the North: 163rd Street Bounded on the East: 312th Avenue Bounded on the South: 166th Street Bounded on the West: 308th Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,200 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 3,465 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Parking Spaces (Surface): 22 Full Term Requested: 10 Years Additional Requirements: Preference will be given to first floor space. High quality contiguous office space. Specific Information Technology requirements OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy within nine (9) months after lease award. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Date of Space Availability 2. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 3. Location of available space within the building 4. Rentable square feet offered and expected full-service rental rate per square foot. Amount of onsite paved parking available 7. Evidence of building ownership or equitable interest 8. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building 9. List of building services provided 10. Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent Building name, address and location of the available space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
