- Description
- The intent of this contract is to complete an access trail for fishing at the Frenchman Lake Day Use Area located at the dam on Frenchman Lake. The work consists of placing aggregate base underlying a concrete pad. Base rock is provided by the government and will need to be transported over the dam spillway bridge or hauled around the lake. The bridge at the dam is load-rated 27 tons/semi-trailer or 15 tons/vehicle. The government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project is located at Frenchman Lake Dam, approximately 6.5 miles from Chilcoot, CA. The solicitation package will be uploaded approximately May 8, 2013. Bid closing date will be approximately May 24, 2013. Project is estimated to begin June 15, 2013. The estimated contract time is 60 calendar days. A pre-bid tour is currently planned.
