- Request for Information For US Army Corps of Engineers Engineering and Support Center Huntsville 1. Introduction. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, is issuing a Request for Information for expert services in the area of Information Technology to all interested 8(a) contractors in support of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Program of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519. 2. Background. The United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) is required to obtain services to support services in the information technology area. This initiative will provide support in existing and emerging ITS program requirements. The ITS Program has an immediate need to provide information technology technical and project management support in the execution of the ITS Program. Specific areas of coverage include Information Technology Project Management, Information Technology Project Management Support, Technical Systems Integration Analysis, Application/Web Development and Maintenance, Database development and maintenance, Application/Web Reporting Writing and documentation. 3. Scope. The scope of this action is to provide contract services support to USACE, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) organization in support of the CEHNC employees and in compliance with legally mandated requirements. 4. General Requirements. All requirements can be found the attached Performance Work Statement for the subjected requirement. You are requested to provide information detailing your experience in sections 2.1-2.4 of the PWS. Your response must be submitted electronically to Erica.Sykes@usace.army.mil by April 29, 2013, 3pm central time. Only 8(a) responses will be reviewed.
