Description

As follow up to the Special Notice posted on 9 April 2013, additional detail is hereby provided with regard to Technology Insertion Hardware (TI 16/18) Industry Day on 7 May 2013. Industry Day will take place at URS Federal Technical Services, Inc., 300 M St SE, Suite 400, Washington DC, 20003, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Space is limited to two (2) attendees per company. POC for visit requests is Gerard M. VandenBerg/Phone: 443-569-9229. JPAS is strongly preferred; see the attached JPAS form for requesting access to the meeting site. All visitors & their security personnel can contact AFSO Sabrina Akins (202-264-7870 or sabrina.akins@urs.com) to check receipt of access request forms. Fax forms to the attention of CCY at 202-264-7801 NOT LATER THAN 30 APRIL 2013. Please also notify the Contract Specialist, Katie Harrigan, of your intent to attend (kathleen.harrigan@navy.mil). Questions and comments received at Industry Day, along with Government response, will be published. A list of attendees will also be published. A DRAFT copy of the Statement of Work is attached, along with a DRAFT copy of the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Structure, for review prior to Industry Day.
