- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: W912L9-13-T-0017 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: The following items are needed: Army Service Uniforms. Items / Information: General Requirements: The successful contractor shall deliver Army Service Uniforms (ASUs) to the Indiana National Guard. All specifications are pursuant to the AR 670-1 regulation. The contractor shall obtain the proper sizes and make a final delivery within 120 days ARO The contractor agrees to accept for return any new uniform components within 60 days of delivery. No cost will be incurred by the Government for these uniforms. The uniforms will be returned at the contractor's expense. The successful contractor must already have a Certificate of Authority from the Uniforms Branch, U.S. Army Natick RD&E Center, and Natick, MA to manufacture this uniform or must be providing items from a certified supplier. This requirement cannot be waived. The certificate number must be provided with the offeror's quotation. Other information needed on the quote: CAGE Code, TIN#, and DUNS Number. To be awarded a contract, you must be SAM registered; WAWF for billing will be used. Step ladder pricing is required. See RFQ for IMPORTANT additional details Shipping / Location Information: FOB: Stout Field Indianapolis, IN 46241 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 315210. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The winning vendor will be required to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management). Lack of registration in SAM will make an Offeror ineligible for award. CCR is located at www.sam.gov A Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be issued in writing. Payment: Payment by Wide Area Work Flow. Contractors using WAWF must register online at https://wawf.eb.mil You can find more information on WAWF and the registration process on the WAWF training site; http://www.wawftraining.com The following clauses and provisions incorporated can be found in RFQ W912L9-13-T-0017 and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order.
