- Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for Consolidated Facilities Maintenance Services at the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library. Notice of Intent for Sole Source The National Archives and Records Administration's Acquisitions Branch intends to award a sole source contract to Texas A&M University (TAMU) for Consolidated Facilities Maintenance Services at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library, which is located on TAMU's property, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-5- Authorized or Required by Statute, 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(5). The anticipated award date is 1 June 2013 with a period of performance of 1 July 2013 - 30 June 2014 and four (4) option years. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210 with a size standard of $35.5M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement that will be considered by the agency. NOTE: Interested vendors, please respond to this notice before 24 May 2013, 10:00AM, EST.
